Is it free to join?
Yes! The Stockton REI Network is completely free. Just join our Meetup group and RSVP to events. We may occasionally host ticketed events with guest speakers, but our regular Coffee & Real Estate meetups are always free.
Who attends the meetups?
Our members include buy-and-hold landlords, house flippers, wholesalers, real estate agents, lenders, property managers, and contractors. Experience levels range from first-time investors to people with 50+ unit portfolios. Everyone is welcome.
Where are events held?
Our regular Coffee & Real Estate meetups are held at Panera Bread on 4932 Pacific Ave in Stockton. Quarterly events may be held at different venues around the Central Valley. All locations are posted on our Meetup page.
Can I present or speak at an event?
